Where your stages show up

The Hall of Records keeps every milestone month by month, and the labours beside it fill in as you reach each stage. A new stage arrives as a notice in the app; completing a labour is a celebration.

How the yardsticks work

  • The Mares of Diomedes grade your best effort of 5K or longer as a road age grade: your time against the standard for your age and sex in the WMA tables, as a percentage.
  • The Apples of the Hesperides rate your COROS VO₂max with The Cooper Institute's norms for your age and sex: Good, Excellent and Superior.
  • Both read your birthday and sex from your COROS profile, each graded for your age on the day it happened. Without them, the app grades you as a man of 30.
  • The Girdle of Hippolyta counts plans you put on your calendar and finished, by the share of their sessions you completed.
  • Cerberus counts naps toward the night. A night your watch did not record counts as a miss.
