Connect your COROS account
Heracles Records reads your training through your COROS account, the same way the COROS Training Hub website does. Any COROS watch that syncs to that account works: PACE, APEX, VERTIX, NOMAD and the rest.
Signing in
Sign in when the app first opens, or later under Settings → Connections → COROS account → Sign in.
- Two-step verification. If your account uses it, COROS emails you a verification code. Type it in and you are done.
- Your region. COROS keeps accounts in several regions (US, Europe, Asia, China). The app finds yours on its own.
- Staying signed in. The app keeps your COROS session on this computer, encrypted with your system’s secure storage. If you let it remember your sign-in, it signs itself back in at the next launch when the session has expired. With two-step verification it cannot, so it waits for you to press Reconnect.
What the app reads and writes
- Reads: your activities and every channel the watch recorded, your profile and zones, your workouts, plans and calendar.
- Writes, only when you press a button: workouts and plans you build or edit, sessions you schedule, move or remove on the calendar. Everything is saved to your COROS account, so your watch has it the next time it syncs.
Activity details are kept on your computer once opened, so a session you have read opens instantly next time and the app asks COROS for less.
One session at a time
COROS keeps one Training Hub session per account. Signing in to Heracles Records can end the session on the Training Hub website or on another computer running the app, and the other way round.
The app keeps this to a minimum: it signs in by itself at most once per launch, and only when COROS says the session is gone. If you use two computers, expect the one you opened last to hold the session; the other signs back in the next time it starts.

Press Disconnect under Settings → Connections → COROS account.
