Getting started
1. Install
Download the installer for your computer from the download page and open it. The first time, macOS or Windows asks before it opens an app from an unidentified developer; the download page says what to click.
2. Sign in with COROS
Sign in with the email and password of your COROS account, the one your watch syncs to. If your account uses two-step verification, COROS emails you a code to type in.
Your activities start arriving at once. The first load reads your whole history, so a long one takes a little while; after that only what is new is read.
More on what the app reads and keeps: Connect your COROS account.
3. Look around
The sidebar groups the screens by when you reach for them:
- Today: Overview and Sleep.
- Plan: Coach, Calendar and Training Library.
- History: Activities, then a screen each for Running, Cycling, Hiking and Strength.
- Your journey: the Hall of Records and Where you’ve been.
Your name at the foot of the sidebar opens Personal: your profile, zones and units. The gear beside it opens Settings.
4. Optional extras
- Sleep and health data need one more connection to COROS, made in a minute: Sleep and health data.
- Coach needs an AI to run on: Set up Coach.
- Hevy workouts can join your COROS strength sessions: Strength and Hevy.
- A second computer can share your conversations, plans and settings: Sync two computers.
